Ingrediente
- 4 buc. file de piept de pui fara piele
- piper negru macinat
- 3 buc. lamaie
- 1 lingurita ghimbir tocat marunt
- 0.5 lingura cumin macinat
- 1 buc. ardei iute verde
Mod de preparare
- Remove the skin and bone from the chicken breast and cut into fine strips. Peel and finely dice the onion; dice the celery; and crush the garlic clove. Chop the parsley, reserving a few leaves for garnish.
- In a small bowl, combine the grated ginger, crushed garlic, ground cumin, and chopped chilli. Rub this into the chicken, then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cut the remaining lemons into wedges. Thread the chicken cubes and lemon wedges on to skewers.
- Barbecue or grill for about 5 minutes on each side until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- If you like, serve the kebabs with cucumber raita.
