Ingrediente

Mod de preparare

  1. Remove the skin and bone from the chicken breast and cut into fine strips. Peel and finely dice the onion; dice the celery; and crush the garlic clove. Chop the parsley, reserving a few leaves for garnish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the grated ginger, crushed garlic, ground cumin, and chopped chilli. Rub this into the chicken, then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Cut the remaining lemons into wedges. Thread the chicken cubes and lemon wedges on to skewers.
  4. Barbecue or grill for about 5 minutes on each side until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  5. If you like, serve the kebabs with cucumber raita.
