<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>1 ou<br />
180 g unt<br />
jumatate de cana de smantana diluata cu apa (cana de 250 ml)<br />
350 g branza (cas, telemea, burduf &#8211; la alegere)<br />
chimen<br />
2 lingurite sare (dupa gust)<br />
1 cana si jumatate de faina integrala<br />
1 cana si jumatate de tarate</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p>Branza se da prin razatoare (telemea) sau se sfarama bine. Se amesteca toate ingredientele. Rezulta aluatul.<br />
Aluatul se da la frigider cam 2 ore. Se intinde aluatul cu o grosime cam de 1 cm si se taie fasii de 5-8 centirmeti lungime si 1-2 cm latime.<br />
Se da la cuptor pe foaie de copt aproximativ 35-40 de minute la 170 grade Celsius. In functie de cuptorul dvs. la foc mediu si se urmaresc cand sunt rumenite.</p>
<p>Din cantitatile de mai sus ies aproape 2 tavi.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>- 2 oua<br />
- 1 lingura taratze<br />
- 2 linguri faina naut<br />
- 2 linguri ulei masline<br />
- 3 linguri cascaval ras<br />
- 1 ardei gras<br />
- 1 ceapa mica<br />
- 4 carnaciori de oaie<br />
- 1/2 rosie medie<br />
- sare, piper, boia iute afumata(pimenton), cimbru &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Se amesteca toate in ordinea: ouale, uleiul, fainurile, cascavalul, ardeiul, 1/2 din ceapa si condimentele.<br />
Se taie feliute jumatatea de rosie, se taie bucatele micute carnaciorii si cealalta jumatate de ceapa si se pun deasupra.<br />
Se da la cuptor 25 min si gata. <strong>Pofta buna!</strong></p>

<strong>300 ml. smantana</strong> (de gatit)<br />
<strong>3 lg. busuioc taiat<br />
3 lg. marar tocat<br />
1 lgt. praf de nucsoara<br />
1 lgt. chili<br />
1 lgt cardamom<br />
2 lg. susan</strong> (prajit putin in cuptor)<br />
<strong>2 catei de usturoi</strong><br />
<strong>sare, piper</strong></p>
<p>Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ se curata dovleceii de coaja sau se spala bine si se lasa in coaja<br />
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ se taie in rondele subtiri<br />
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ se spala rosiile si se taie rondele<br />
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ se toaca busuiocul, mararul / patrunjelul (eu am pus marar)<br />
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ se coc (putin) semintele de susan (in cuptor)<br />
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ separat se bat ouale cu sarea , piperul , o parte din verdeturi, nucsoara, chili, cardamom<br />
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ se unge cu ulei tava de jena si se incepe aranjamentul alternativ (dovlecei si rosii) : un strat de dovlecei; un strat de rosii ; se presara marar , busuioc si ceva seminte coapte de susan ; alt strat de dovlecei, rosii, verdeata , seminte, etc.<br />
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ se mai pune un fir subtire de ulei peste ele si se da la cuptor (pana cand aproape dispare apa lasata de dovlecei) Ceva mai mult de 10 minute.<br />
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ Se scoate tava si se adauga amestecul de smantana , oua , verdeturi, sare, piper. Tot acest amestec patrunde printre randurile de dovlecei si rosii.<br />
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ Se mai baga la cuptor tava cca. 20 minute.<br />
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ Este foarte buna si calda ( dar se taie mai greu pt ca se disloca feliile de dovlecel) si rece (se taie perfect)..<br />
Ã¢â‚¬Â¢ Ar merge si ceva parmezan sau branza rasa peste toate si apoi pus amestecul de oua si smantana</p>
