<h3><strong>Reteta # 1: supa de varza</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:<br />
</strong>* 1 varza medie &#8211; taiata in 8 bucati<br />
* 1 conserva de supa de pui<br />
* 1 ceapa rosie tocata<br />
* Piper si sare dupa gust<br />
* Jumatate de kilogram de carnati afumati</p>
<p><strong>Cum se prepara reteta:<br />
</strong>* Acopera varza cu apa si fierbe pana cand varza pana se inmoaie.<br />
* Adauga o ceapa rosie, supa de pui, sare si piper.<br />
* Adauga carnatii in supa si fierbe la foc mic.<br />
* Supa va fi si mai buna in ziua urmatoare.</p>
<h3><strong>Reteta # 2: paine in ou</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:<br />
</strong>* 2 oua intregi<br />
* 2 felii de paine<br />
* 1 lingura de zaharina pudra<br />
* 2 linguri de ulei de floarea soarelui</p>
<p><strong>Cum se prepara reteta:<br />
</strong>* Combina ingredientele intr-un recipient. Amesteca bine cu o furculita.<br />
* Incalzeste tigaia la un foc mediu si adauga 2 linguri de ulei de floarea soarelui.<br />
* Inmoaie painea in amestec si pune-o in tigaie.<br />
* Prajeste pana cand capata o culoare maronie.<br />
* Bucura-te de preparat punandu-i unt sau sirop.</p>
<h3><strong>Reteta # 3: chiftele de legume</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Ingrediente:<br />
</strong>* Jumatate de kilogram de carne de vaca slaba<br />
* Jumatate de kilogram de pui<br />
* 1 ou mare batut<br />
* 1 ceapa dulce tocata<br />
* 1 ardei iute rosu tocat<br />
* 2 linguri de morcov tocat<br />
* 1 lingura de usturoi pisat<br />
* 1 pastarnat tocat<br />
* 1 sfert de cana de parmezan<br />
* 1 sfert de cana de mozzarela sau de branza monteray<br />
* 1 lingura de sos de tomate<br />
* Sare si piper dupa gust</p>
<p><strong>Cum se prepara reteta:<br />
</strong>* Amesteca oul si carnea.<br />
* Prepara sote telina, ardeiul, usturoiul, ceapa si morcovii intr-o tigaie cu 1 lingura de unt pana cand se inmoaie.<br />
* Raceste amestecul timp de 10 minute si adauga peste carne.<br />
* Cu mainile curate, amesteca pana cand se distribuie uniform legumele intre bucatile de carne.<br />
* Adauga toate celelalte ingrediente in afara de branza. Asigura-te ca ingredientele sunt bine amestecate.<br />
* Fa din compozitie chiftelele.<br />
* Adauga branza deasupra. Pune restul de-o parte.<br />
* Incalzeste cuptorul la 190 de grade Celsius. Pune chiftelele la cuptor si coace-le pentru aproximativ 45 de minute.</p>
